wedding update: it seems like everywhere i go people are asking if i have any wedding updates. i dont. the plan so far is March 19th, 2010. i wish i could do it sooner but it is just plain too expensive and i still have rent and bills in the mean time. but nick is saving all his money for it and our parents are helping a little, so the money will be there. the ceremoney will be at the como conservitory in front of roughly 70 guests, and the reception will be at the como site about 20 feet away in the visitor center, with about 120 guests. i have a menu picked out. i get a free wedding cake. i bought my dress consignment, which means super cheep, but now i will spend just as much getting it fitted for me and not someone a size 12. but its beautiful and i cant wait till it fits! haha! my dad and step mom booked the photographer, a friend of my dads. my mom and step dad booked the dj, a friend of my step dads. nicks parents are working on a nice grooms dinner, and nicks mom is helping me with center pieces (totaly her thing!). my girls are wearing different shades of green, and different dresses all together. my bridesmaides are the fab 5! chels is my MOH, christy will be singing some lovely tunes, and pretty much in charge of music selection, nancy is doing my hair, and probly everyone elses hair, and anna will be my personal attendant. so they all have a job to do! i did all this planning in about the first 2 weeks that i was engaged. and was super stressed as a result! no one tells you how expensive this stuff is, and how much it will stress you out. but now im taking a break. saving as much money as i can. and enjoying my fiance!
i think what bothers me the most about planning my wedding, is that i dont really care that much about some of it. in the end i just want to be married and i want to live with nick and have a life with him. so sometimes i just want to elope and get it over, but i know i want a “normal” wedding so i would never actualy go through with it.
life update: the most exciting news i have right now is that i paid off my car! it was close this month, and im not saying i have groceries or anything, but i got it done in the time limit i was given. and now i have my own car insurance. i also got renters insurance, cause its just smart. so now i just need some health insurance…! trying to wait on that one cause i REALLY cant afford it. but i am officialy on my own now. as in my parents arent paying for any of my bills and its just me! nick helps me with groceries but mainly cause he eats more of the food in my apartment than i do! i would still love to have a second couch and to paint my bedroom and a new wardrobe (always) and some better furniture. but this time of being broke and budgeting and having crazy bills is forcing me to not be so materialistic (sp?).
so now that i have my car paid off, im going to save my pennies so i can go visit chelsea nicole in new york in april! ive NEVER been there! so chelsea being there for 3 months is the perfect chance for me to get out there. and after my wedding, we are going to plan a trip to seattle so we can go to the first starbucks ever, right chels!!? 
well my hansome fiance is pestering me to be done so we can hang out. so im done for a while. <3
